Cash Butte Bourbon

Crafted in honor of Ryan "Whiskey" Armstrong, our Head Distiller and USAF Veteran. This 3.5-year aged Bourbon pays tribute to the men and women who flew and supported the U-2 reconnaissance plane. 

Rich, smooth, and warmly layered, this bourbon opens with an inviting sweetness. Caramelized popcorn leads the way, layered with subtle notes of toffee. Mid-palate, it evolves into refreshing hints of spearmint and soft oak. The finish is smooth and coating—rich vanilla giving way to lingering traces of cinnamon and toasted marshmallow that stay with you long after the last sip.
